Home Host/Companion Care

Host Home (formerly Foster Care), provides a 24-hour, family-style environment. This can be done in an apartment or house. These services provide for daily activities that promote independence such as grooming, eating, and dressing. HH/CC provides for transportation and ensuring our folks make it to various appointments such as visiting the doctor. This service promotes community inclusion, and may include shopping, going to the movies, eating out, or going to church.
