Our Services
Group Homes
Group Homes offer individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) a consistent, nurturing space to live and grow. Each resident receives their own bedroom with no more than three to four individuals in a house. These environments create community, spark friendships, and offer a safe, comfortable place to call home.
The caring direct support team is available around the clock which helps it feel more like a family setting. They are available to assist, manage medications, help resolve any challenges, and create outings and routines that honor everyone’s unique needs. Individuals share responsibilities and home maintenance tasks. The Group Home setting offers independence while individuals are cared for and assisted as needed.
HOST HOMES
Host Homes (formerly Foster Care) offer a caring environment for adults with a wide range of intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. These spaces are about creating lifelong bonds, living life with dedicated caregivers, and developing essential life skills in a nurturing community. Host Home providers can live and care for a person in their own home or invite an individual to move into their home and become a part of their family. These arrangements allow up to two individuals to live in the residential homes of caring and competent providers. These environments are designed to promote and teach effective communication and independent living skills while people receive support from a professional caregiver attentive to their unique needs.
