Area Director - Fort Worth
As Area Director in Fort Worth, Erica Frank brings over 25 years of experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field to A&A Advantage Care. Erica began her career at Educare/ResCare as a Direct Care Staff and House Manager before joining Daybreak in 2003. During her time there, she served as a Case Manager, Day Program Supervisor, and Residential Manager overseeing six group homes. Erica loves her work and is dedicated to using her passion and experience to improve the lives of each person they serve.
