Debbie Youngblood
Vice President of Operations
Debbie Youngblood is Vice President of Operations for A&A Advantage Care. She began her career in the IDD field over 40 years ago and spent eight years at the State Supported Living Center (SSLC) which sparked her passion for the field.
She supervised HCS (Home and Community-based Services) Service Coordinators at the Local Intellectual & Developmental Disability Authority (LIDDA) and worked for 20 years as Regional Director for the largest provider in Texas.
Debbie has served on several state committees developing policies for IDD services and currently serves on an Advisory Committee for LIDDA. She was President of the Board of Directors for the ARC of Greater Tarrant County, served on the Texas Association of IDD Board, and has been a volunteer and coach for the Special Olympics.
