Cindy Davis
Area Director - Amarillo & Lubbock
Cindy Davis has been in the IDD field for over 45 years. She attended Texas Lutheran and South Plains College before starting her 20-year career at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center. Other accomplishments include, helping to build and grow a private provider company where she was a Case Manager, Assistant Area Director, and Area Director over a 25-year span.
Cindy and her family have provided Host Home support and care for two individuals in the Home and Community-based Services program for over 22 years. Cindy is thrilled to share her passion for people and her depth of experience with A&A Advantage Care.
