Carla Anzar
Area Director - Abilene & San Angelo
Carla Anzar has worked with individuals in the IDD field since 2001. She started as direct care staff, moved into a role as home manager, and then became a Case Manager. Carla became Area Director for Daybreak and enjoyed that role for 16 years. Carla also has experience in foster care for two deafblind individuals for 18 years.
